General communication and moderation rules in the News section

1. The topics discussed do not necessarily reflect the point of view of the Administration.
2. Polite, reasoned dialogue and meaningful comments on the subject are encouraged in discussions.
3. No user insults, obscenities or any kind of abuse are allowed. Such messages will be deleted and their author will be temporarily barred from commenting.
4. No provocation of other discussion participants or intentional inciting of conflict is allowed. Such messages will be deleted and their author will be temporarily barred from commenting.
5. No publications of commercial links or advertising are allowed. Such messages will be deleted or edited and their author will be temporarily barred from commenting.
6. No publications of phone numbers, e-mail addresses or other information that may be considered as contact information are allowed. Such messages will be deleted or edited and their author will be temporarily barred from commenting.
7. Advocating violence, pornography, Nazism, religious or any other intolerance, as well as illegal activities is not allowed. Such messages will be deleted and their author temporarily barred from commenting.
8. Messages that are not directly or indirectly related to the discussion topic are unsuitable. Such comments may be deleted and the user may be temporarily barred from commenting at the discretion of the Administration.
9. Posting personal correspondence with other users is not allowed. Such messages will be equated to inciting conflict and will be deleted or edited; their author will be temporarily barred from commenting.
10. Upholding a conflict or squabbling with its instigator is not allowed. In this case, all conflict participants who indulge in abusive language, insults or statements unrelated to the topic may be temporarily barred from commenting.
11. Messages that have no meaning, containing only emoticons or links to external resources (including video hosting services, blog services or propaganda websites) are unsuitable. Such comments may be deleted and the user may be temporarily barred from commenting at the discretion of the Administration.
12. No negative reviews of the website and Administration activities expressed as insults or baseless accusations, as well as spreading in the comments fraudulent or misleading information about the website, the Company owning the project or Administration are allowed. Such comments may be deleted and the user barred from commenting at the discretion of Administration.
13. Website Administration reserves the right to block a user profile on the website with no right to restore it, depending on the type of violation and the frequency it recurs.
14. Administration reserves the right to delete comments without giving a reason.
15. Administration reserves the right to bar users from commenting without giving a reason.
16. Administration reserves the right not to specify the reason for deleting comments, barring from commenting or blocking a profile.
17. Administration reserves the right to delete negative reviews from news and advertising publications.
18. Discussion participants may complain about the actions of another user to Customer Support Service. The complaint should be reasoned and contain references to specific facts of violations of the Terms as well as the violator's profile.
19. Administration reserves the right to dismiss a complaint if it is not clearly stated and information necessary to assess the situation is not provided in the text of the complaint.
20. Administration reserves the right to dismiss a complaint containing obscenities or insults.
21. Administration reserves the right to dismiss a complaint if it does not agree with the opinion of the user.
22. Personal dislike of a user or their expressed opinion is not a reason for complaint about the comment. Cases described in paragraphs 3-12 herein may be reasons for submitting a complaint.
23. All public messages posted by users in the News section or any of its subsections shall be the property of the website and the Administration, and may not be deleted at the user's request.
24. All of the above rules apply to the News section and all of its subsections.
